My Experience Exchanging ETH to TON: A Deep Dive into Platforms and Rates

Recently, I decided to diversify my portfolio and move some of my Ethereum (ETH) holdings into Toncoin (TON). The process was also very user-friendly. I simply selected ETH and TON, entered the amount, and confirmed the trade. The transaction took a bit longer than ChangeNOW – around 30-40 minutes – but the fees were lower, around 0.1%. I found Binance Convert to be a good option for larger amounts, as the lower fees really add up.

A Hiccup with KuCoin

I also tried KuCoin, as they support a wide range of cryptocurrencies. However, I encountered a slight issue. The exchange rate was competitive, but the verification process was more extensive than on Binance or ChangeNOW. I had to submit additional documentation, which delayed the process significantly. Ultimately, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and cancelled the transaction.

Understanding the Exchange Rate Fluctuations

Final Thoughts and Tips
